Thousands of ceramic poppies used in the Tower of London display, to mark 100 years since the start of World War One, are being displayed across the north of England.
In the lead up to Remembrance Sunday on November 8th, DAF is proud to sponsor the transport of the Poppies around the UK
The Cascade or Weeping Window section has been on display at the Woodhorn Museum on Northumberland and the installation has now arrived at St George's Hall in Liverpool, where they will be on display from the 7th November until the 17th January.
The presentations will give people across the UK the chance to experience the impact of the iconic ceramic poppy sculptures in a range of places of particular First World War resonance.
DAF Trucks will play a key role in transporting the displays around the country for the tour, which will run until 2018 before being permanently based at the Imperial War Museums in London and Manchester.
